IBP Construction Consultants is an empowerment professional practice with its mission to deliver non-negotiable excellence in all fields of quantity surveying, project management and cost engineering to our valued clients.

The director of the company is Nigel Forfar who possesses more than 30 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in all spheres of building and engineering construction. Since commencing operations in 1999 IBP has completed some 350 projects.

Value of projects completed in the last four years alone is in excess of R1.25 billion.

Our client list extends to over 150 clients, locally and internationally.

Maximum use of technology is being made as IBP demonstrates proficiencies in well-known industry software like WinQS, DimensionX and the like. We constantly improve on our systems and software including our staff capabilities in utilising these to their full potential.
